Making a purchase

Making a purchase from our site could not be easier. Just login using your supplied username and password to view our full range of products. When you find an item you wish to order type in the quantity required and click ‘Add’. After you have finished selecting items from the range, click on ‘Basket’ and proceed to the checkout. Once you have agreed to our terms and conditions, you are ready to place your order. You will then receive a confirmation email showing a summary of your order which you should keep for your records.

VAT will be charged at the prevailing standard rate.  All credit account orders will be dispatched within 2 working days. (Please Note: Delivery times may vary over holiday periods)

Payment

Payments can be made via the website with Credit/Debit or PayPal Accounts. If you have an account with us, invoices will follow orders sent out and will be charged to your existing credit account with Sophos Wholesale in accordance with the terms and conditions applied to your account.

Retention of Title

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to your address, but the goods remain our property until payment is received in full. You agree that, in seeking to exercise our rights under this clause, we may at any reasonable time, enter your premises and remove our goods.

Amendments & Returns

Unfortunately, we are unable to amend orders that have been placed, so please take care at the checkout.

When receiving your order, please ensure that the goods are checked and booked in promptly, you must report any issues to us in writing within 14 calendar days of delivery. It is our intention to supply goods which are of excellent quality.  Should they not be satisfactory, we will exchange or credit the goods on their return to us. It is the Customer’s responsibility to return goods to us, with our prior agreement and by the most cost-effective way. Goods will be inspected on return, with our liability limited to the value of the goods and any agreed carriage costs.

We are unable to accept any liability for any loss of a consequential nature.

Where we have supplied samples to a Customer, it is their responsibility to check suitability.

We cannot accept returns for goods which have been used for a purpose other than the purpose for which they were intended, not fitted or maintained correctly or have been abused.

Returns beyond 14 days from the delivery date will be accepted at our sole discretion.

Privacy Policy

Sophos Wholesale do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties, except for in the process of fulfilling your orders where we may pass on certain information to third party delivery providers.

Cookies are used on our ordering website for communication purposes, they store your email address and password and keep track of items in your shopping basket. If your cookies are inactive, you will be unable to place an order.

Proforma Accounts

Proforma account holders should note that their orders will not be processed until receipt of payment, thus exempting them from the delivery timescale. Proforma account holders will be contacted by a member of the sales team with the value of the order and how to make a payment. Once the payment has been received, the order will be processed and dispatched within the time scale.

Selling Sophos Product on Online Marketplaces

The sale of Sophos branded products through online third-party marketplaces and platforms, including but not limited to eBay, Amazon, and OnBuy, is strictly prohibited without obtaining prior express written authorisation. We evaluate requests for selling on third-party marketplaces on an individual basis. To seek permission, kindly submit your request via email to website@sophosmenswear.co.uk. Please note that granting permission is not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

This does not apply to British Bag Company branded products.
