How can I become a partner with Sophos Wholesale?

  • Click 'Become a Partner' or 'Register'.
  • Enter all of your company information and submit the form.
  • You will go through an approval process which takes approximately 1 day.
  • Once approved, you will be emailed with a confirmation email and an invitation link to create a password. 

How do I sign into my account?

  • Click 'Account' in the top right bar
  • Enter the email address registered on your account 
  • Enter your password
  • Click 'Sign In'
Placing an order
Making a purchase from our site could not be easier. Just login using your supplied username and password to view our full range of products. When you find an item you wish to order, type in the quantity required and click ‘Add’. After you have finished selecting items from the range, click on ‘Basket’ and proceed to the checkout. Once you have agreed to our terms and conditions, you are ready to place your order. You will then receive a confirmation email showing a summary of your order which you should keep for your records.

How can you contact us?

It couldn't be easier to get in touch with us, just go to our Contact Us page and fill in the form with all the requested details and your query. We will try to get back to you within two working days. Alternatively, you can call the sales office and speak directly to a member of staff. We are open Mon - Thurs 8am - 5pm and Fri 8am - 4pm. 


We are happy to accept all major credit and debit cards for purchases made online - Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We do not accept Solo or Electron. As an account holder, you also have the option to add the order to your account. If you choose to add the order to your account, the usual terms and conditions apply and the usual payment methods of card, cheque and bank transfer are still valid. 

Returns and Refunds

Sophos Wholesale is not a sale and return company, however should you receive an item that is faulty or of an unsatisfactory quality, we will offer you an exchange or refund, as long as the claim has been made within 14 days of the invoice date. To arrange the return, please call or email the sales office who will advise you further. Please note that no returns will be accepted without our prior consent. 


Deliveries are usually made within a 2-5 working-day turn around but please note that these times may vary during busy periods.

Tracking your order

All orders are sent via a courier. When you place your order online, your tracking number can be sent to you via email on request and you can use this on the 'track your order' via the couriers website. 

Visiting our Showroom

To arrange a visit to our Head Office showroom, please call or email the sales office and speak to a member of staff who will be happy to arrange this for you.

Visiting us at a Trade Show

All wholesalers on our mailing list will receive an invite to come and see us at trade shows. If you do not receive this 14 working days before the trade show, send us an email to and we will let you know the hall and stand information.
